Everyone involved in a property decision was working from a different version of reality: photos on a phone, notes in an email thread, estimates in a PDF. Rebuilding the full picture from scratch was the first step of every decision, every time.
02 — System and decision
One property record as the shared source of truth: structured intake, a timeline of evidence, an exposure model, and a decision surface every party can see at the same time.
03 — Proof and next step
We mapped the existing workflow end to end and removed the steps that never led to a decision. Intake was rebuilt as a guided flow instead of a folder of loose files, and AI-assisted document parsing was layered on top of that structured record — not in place of it.
04 — Outcome
One shared record replaced scattered photos, emails and PDFs
